We’ve posted a new article on why you should look to Stop Practicing and Start Growing, which covers the background and philosophy of GROWS and a brief overview. Also by popular demand, we’ve posted a slide deck for User Group and internal presentations.

If you’re not familiar with the background of how GROWS came to be, and what it’s all about, Andy Hunt has written a new introductory article entitled, Stop Practicing and Start Growing.

We’ve had quite a few requests for our introductory slides, so we’ve posted a version of the GROWS introduction slide deck here for you to use. You’re welcome to use these slides for your local user group or internally at your company. If you’re selling training commercially, however, you’ll need a license from us. Please contact us for details.

We’d love your feedback, of course. Just drop us an email at feedback@growsmethod.com with your questions, comments, suggestions, anecdotes, or random observations.
