Jared Richardson explains the GROWS Method for managers at TriAgile, Raleigh NC, April 2015. In this talk, he provided a quick reminder of what’s in the Agile Manifesto, then provided an introduction to the ideas behind GROWS, and finally presented the tools and approach needed by managers and executives to succeed using the ideas in the GROWS methodology.
This talk is a quick introduction to GROWS with a minimal amount of background, but is primarly focused on the management and executive point of view.
